GCFC Terms of Service-1

Gold Coast Fitness Center (GCFC) may temporarily deny or terminate service upon the failure of the member to pay the charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the member of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges and any collection fees.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT 
The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that GCFC may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide GCFC real and current contact information such as e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone and fax contacts.

APPLICABLE LAW 
This TOS is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS FOR REGISTRATION
In consideration of your use of the service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States. 
You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration.
