GCFC Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (TOS) or Terms of Use must be agreed to and abided by for use of Gold Coast Fitness Center (GCFC)'s services. Please be aware that GCFC reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without notice. In addition, the use of Gold Coast Fitness Center (GCFC)'s service (s) by a subscriber constitutes an unconditional acceptance of and agreement to GCFC's TOS.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
GCFC provides members with access to its fitness and health services, including sub domain and hosting, various forums, and blogs. You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements in this site.

Members should be aware that GCFC may proactively change the specified membership rates and charges from time to time, with any new rate or changed pricing being exclusively effective for new members or service plan changes. Member is aware that rates and offers can change upon service plan modification or new account subscription and may or may not be available for purchase at any time in the future. However, existing subscriptions will not be affected by changed pricing or offers.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify GCFC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. GCFC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

CONTENT REMOVAL
You acknowledge that GCFC may or may not pre-screen content, but that GCFC shall have the right in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the services.

Gold Coast Fitness Center (GCFC) reserves the right to refuse, revoke or remove the content (content refers to information, data, text, documents, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video), logo, link, advertisement for any reason without prior notice or in the exercise of its sole discretion regarding material which it finds to be  objectionable. This may include, but not be limited to verbal and/or graphic obscenity, adult (pornographic content), violent, intolerant, racially biased, denigrating, or sexually oriented content or materials. This includes national / international security threats, religious conflict, gender bias, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, firearms or illegal information or violation of any international, USA.
